The Viniseera grape seed micro-ground product line is edible, drinkable and usable at the same time
Founded in 1991, TRANSMISSIÓ Kft. has developed special grinding equipment. Their grape seed grinding plant, built in 2008, was located at the company's premises in Almásfüzitő. At that time, for the first time in the world, it was possible to produce ground meal with grains below 20 microns in a form suitable for human consumption. Grape seeds contain 400 types of polyphenols, organic compounds of natural origin, which are extremely important for maintaining health. The company developed the Viniseera product line.
Thanks to the technological development, cold pressing is carried out in such a way that the heat effect caused by pressure is avoided both at the core and at the oil. The process and the product line won numerous recognitions in professional circles, in 2009 it won the Vértes Expo fair award, after which it received the title of "Komárom-Esztergom county innovation enterprise 2010". The company regularly participates in international fairs and exhibitions.
VINISEERA Plus grape seed and skin micro-ground won the "Excellent Product of the Year 2018" award by the Professional Elite Organization.
